Materials in this section can be used in conjunction with your weekly classes to help you improve faster  and as a glossary to research other Pole Dance moves.

In order to track your progress, please, feel free to download a copy of the My Pole Fitness Diary that contains a list of pole dance elements that are practiced during our classes. It is based on the PDC Syllabus and allows you to proceed with online grading if desired (according to the instructions on the website above).

 

It is advised to print it out or we can provide a printed copy for you on the request.
